About the Event

The PMI Austin Chapter is inviting you to the annual Fall Virtual Event scheduled for Friday, September 24th, 2021. Every year, the Conference attracts over 300 attendees from a variety of industries, including IT, Healthcare, Construction, Public Sector, and Education.

The theme for our Virtual Fall 2021 PDD is: ‘Reinventing & Thriving in Disruption’ and our conference objective is to provide a learning and networking environment for attendees.

This year's PDD will feature 9 breakout sessions and 2 keynote speakers covering topics important in project management from different Industry perspectives such as IT, Healthcare & Construction/Energy, and Public Sector/Education. These topics are aligned to the PMI Talent Triangle:

  • Strategic and Business Management
  • Leadership

While the global pandemic is transforming how we work and learn, PMI Austin Chapter’s committed to our community and fostering professional growth for our members.

REGISTRATION


No, being a PMI Global or PMI Austin Chapter is not necessary for registration. There are many benefits to membership though, please check out the benefits and learn how to become a member here.
No, we are not offering group discounts to this event.
Replacement attendees for PDS meetings are allowed. Please send the request to profdev@pmiaustin.org
PMI Austin’s Event Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy for events is as follows:

1.3.1 Requests for refunds must be received 7 calendar days prior to the PDS at midnight.
1.3.2 Requests for refunds made less than one week prior to this time will not be refunded, but replacement attendees will be allowed.
1.3.3 A $25.00 charge will be assessed for each paid PDS cancellation that is eligible for refund
1.3.4 Replacement attendees for PDS meetings are allowed.


GENERAL QUESTIONS


In addition to being able to attend the event all day on Friday, September 24, 2021, your registration provides you with access to all presentations, and to earn up to 13 PDUs, for 30 days following the event.
Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a swag bag for you! You can add all of the documents available to the virtual swag bag in your account and then email them to yourself or share items with colleagues and friends by simply entering their email.
